Adam has a rich food background as creator of the New Concept Development group at Kraft Foods ($7B of incremental growth), co-author of 11 books on healthy cooking and founder of a school for professional chefs. He has a decade as Managing Partner of Sterling-Rice Group, a strategy and innovation consulting firm in the food, health and wellness spaces.

President
Ryan is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and other industries. His focus is on driving growth-stage B2B companies through fine tuning operations, technology, and sales. Prior to Monj, Ryan ran a genetics company focused on health and wellness in the clinical channel. He is also an active angel and co-founder of two angel groups, including the Hyde Park Angels.

With a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, he excels at translating business vision into actionable roadmaps, intuitive UX designs, and robust architectures. Steve has a history of delivering impactful solutions for prominent clients, including Charles Schwab, Microsoft, Nasdaq, and major hedge funds.
DR. SHAIVAL KAPADIA
Chief Medical Officer
Shaiv is a highly respected leader in cardiovascular medicine who has spent his 20+ years in the field striving to create a connected care model by taking a whole person approach to treatment. Shaiv received his MD from the University of Virginia, and went on to complete a fellowship in cardiology at Brown University at Rhode Island Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease.
CHEF ELIZA MARTIN
Culinary Captain
Chef Eliza's culinary adventures began in New York City, where she studied at the Institute of Culinary Education, worked tirelessly at the Rachael Ray Show, Saveur Magazine, and multiple high end catering companies and restaurants. After winning a James Beard Foundation cooking competition, she served as their first Woman in Culinary Leadership. Eliza has worked in restaurants all over NYC, Chicago and San Francisco, and held Executive Chef titles in multiple facilities. Eliza holds the title of Chopped Champion from the Food Network and is passionate about nutrition education and making cooking a delight for anyone.
DR. SHREYANK TRIPATHI
Clinical Product Officer
Shrey is a leading nephrologist, with 14 years experience providing comprehensive care to people living with chronic kidney disease. He is passionate about connecting personally with patients to develop an end-to-end care plan that includes using food as medicine to treat chronic conditions. Shrey received his MD from NHL Municipal Medical College at Gujarat University, and then completed his residency at St Joseph Hospital at Northwestern, followed by fellowships in transplants and nephrology at Virginia Commonwealth University.
