How to Make Basil & Lime Ice Cubes

When experimenting with Vietnamese cooking, you're bound to have a lot of limes and fresh herbs lying around. Make the most of these fresh ingredients by whipping up a batch of flavor-infused ice cubes! All you need is an ice cube tray, a lime (or lemon), some fresh basil (or mint), and water. Simply squeeze the juice of the lime evenly between each ice cube square, top them off with water, and add some roughly torn basil leaves to each one. Freeze for at least 4 hours, and then enjoy them in water, iced tea, or lemonade. So refreshing!
